Himlung Himal (7,126 m) rises above the remote Nar–Phu valley, between the Annapurna and Manaslu massifs near the Nepal–Tibet border. This 30-day expedition is designed for experienced alpinists who want a relatively accessible 7,000 m peak with a strong focus on safety, proper rotations, and genuine cultural immersion in one of Nepal’s least-visited valleys.
Starting from Kathmandu, we drive to Koto on the Annapurna Circuit road corridor and then trek into the restricted Nar–Phu region through Meta, Kyang, and Phu. From a well-established Base Camp at around 4,900 m, we follow a classic three-camp strategy (C1, C2, C3) on snow and glacier terrain, with ample acclimatization and contingency days to increase summit success while respecting the mountain and your body. Throughout the journey we partner with local lodge owners, porters, and high-altitude staff to ensure that our presence supports the valley’s economy and reinforces responsible, low-impact expedition practices.
